I was Seeking representation in NJ   at US (Federal) District Court

I am (and always have been) an Israeli citizen.  An American firm had solicited me to visit the United States.  They ultimately abuse me, as an expert having outstanding merits and ability.  Following their solicitation I arrived and then was residing in the United States from 1990 to 1992.

M.L. Energia, Inc. is a family-owned firm in New Jersey.  It was managed by the husband (Dr. Moshe Lavid), who has been the President and Executive Manager of this firm, holding 49% of its shares.  His wife (Ms. Nira Lavid) was officially the V.P. and Finance, and she was holding 51% of the shares.

It is reasonable to believe that they abused this arrangement to obtain an unfair advantage of woman-owned firm.  In my opinion they were laundering moneys, having networking with the Senator, Frank Lautenberg and the Congressman, Richard aka Dick Zimmer.  Recently they were accused by the State of New Jersey for for unlawfully witholding payments, contributions for individuals remunerated by this firm during the preiod 1988-1991, pursuant to the New Jersey Unemployment Compensation Law, N.J.S.A. 43:21-1 to N.J.S.A. 43:21-71, a continuation of a former proceeding.

On the top of it, they had undeniably abused alien workers not certified by the Department of Labor.  I was such an abused alien.  The Lavids knew that I was not certified to be employed in the United States.  They had committed fraud in an attempt to obtain a visa my beneficiary and they were engaged in a pattern or practice of employer sanction violations.

Lastly, they feared that I might blow the whistle, and therefore they fired me and have retaliated against me ever since.  However, I did not know then that my employment was unlawful.

I was seeking a competent lawyer willing to help me sue this firm and its owners, over fraud and abuse, under the provisions of RICO, 18 U.S.C. Section 1964(c).  My claim would be $540,000 (= $60,000 /year x three years x triple damages) under the provisions of RICO, and legal expenses, minus what the firm has paid me, $32,998.  Alternatively, I would invoke a lawsuit under the provisions of False Claims Act.  As a minimum claim, I would contest to obtain $120,000 (= 60,000 / year x two years) plus legal expenses, minus what the firm has paid me, $32,998.
