| Herein Plaintiff proves the alleged connection between the Lavids and RAFAEL, that they knowingly and willfully employed him without an alien labor certification. Plaintiff refused to collborate with their fraudulent actions and that's why they later fired him on November 2, 1991, effective as of November 15, 1991. This discharge was never revoked as they wrongfully plead at the New Jersey State Labor Dept. and elsewhere. |
