The truth behind the iron curtain

What's the Role of Raviv and Har-Shefi?

In February 2001 The High Court of Justice has rejected Margalit Har-Shefi's appeal of her conviction for failure to report Yigal Amir's intention to assassinate Yitzhak Rabin.

Isn't it just another blow at the credibility of the legal system in Israel?

PSI: "Is there anyone who still believes that the responsiblity of Avishai Raviv and the Shabak will ever be brought out to light by the court?"

In my opinion the decision is especially strange in view of the fact that for over five years, the same legal system has continually delayed legal process against Avishai Raviv and his bosses in the Shabak, who not only knew about Amir's intentions and failed to report them, but also contributed significantly to the incitement that preceded the assassination!
